Plamen “Rocco” Ayvazov

Plamen “Rocco” Ayvazov has been heavily involved in the home construction industry since 2014, when he started his own company, Monocacy General Contracting LLC. Ayvazov, who emigrated to the United States in 2006 from Bulgaria, started his first job in Bath, Pennsylvania, producing American Flags for Suns Manufacturing. (He now owns the former factory, renovating it to house 12 luxury loft apartments)…
